After watching and listening all the experts talking about the change that must have in each of the formal or informal schools, I chose the question number four and share with them the following to guarantee successful learning:
First we must study us as people or teacher, if we are grateful for what we have and what surrounds us, after this we can help easily our students. Listening comprehension your dreams and goals and help achieve them. Create an atmosphere of love and unity among them. Change these old rules to participate and get involved and make them feel important. Let them decide not decide for them guide with wisdom and respect. As a teacher must start the change, and make education an enjoyable experience for life as there is no manual we build ourselves our own.
